Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect it
immediately. If there are any items in your shipment that are damaged,
please report it to us @
bijouxone@yahoo.com within 3 days. A return
authorization number must be obtained from our customer service
department before the returned merchandise can be accepted by us. After
receiving the damaged item from you, we will gladly exchange it with a
new one.

1. First time customers pay by credit card only. Established customers can pay by UPS COD. For UPS COD company check, please call us to fax you our credit application.
2. Customers paying by credit card, please call or fax your credit card number & expiration date. Our server is not secure.

2. California orders with valid California sellers permit (resale number) are tax exempt. Please fax your sellers permit.
3. California orders without valid California sellers permit (resale number) pay 8.25% sales tax.
